#8000 wood sample saw

The Model #1000 12" Double Mitre Saw is a wood saw with a 4-1/4" cutting capacity -- a full 1" more than some other 12" saws. The Model #1000 gives you the same perfect 45 mitre as our other models but we have taken some of the extra cost off. The Model #1000 is equipped with one set of 90-tooth lazer blades - the finest mitre blade available - one production stop, a 60" stainless measuring scale (increments of 1/8"), one chipbreaker, and a full three-year factory warranty. The Model #1000 runs two 1-HP, 3450 RPM motors on single-phase 220 electricity and it is foot operated. Optional equipment available includes a 120” scale. Saw vac included.

The Model #2000 is about the finest double mitre saw ever built! The 12” Model #2000 has a cutting capacity of 4-1/4”, cutting every type of moulding from wood to metal, all without changing blades. The Model #2000 comes equipped with an on-demand lubrication system. With a flip of a switch you can go from cutting wood to metal mouldings. Also included are two sets of 12” Lazer Blades, two production stops for fast mitering, a 60” stainless scale accurate to .009 over 60”, chipbreaker, and a saw vac dust collection system. The Model #2000 is foot operated and runs on 220 single-phase electricity with two 1-HP, 3450 RPM motors. The perfect mitering system for all shops!

The Model #7000 is the new generation of production double mitre saws. It uses a combination hydraulic/pneumatic (air) scheme for high-production mitering of wood or metal materials. The Model #7000 runs off your existing air supply and 220v 3-phase electricity. As with all our mitre saws the Model #7000 is equipped with a 3-position stroke system which allows you to shorten the stroke cycle for cutting a large volume of smaller mouldings. The Model #7000 air control regulator allows you to vary cutting speeds for each substrate you cut. The Model #7000 will give you 26-36 mitres per minute, depending on the regulator setting and the stroke setting. Included in your Model #7000 are two sets of lazer blades, a 60” stainless scale, chipbreaker, an on-demand lubrication system and two production stops. The Model #7000 is vented with a 3” duct to hookup to your existing duct system.

The Model #8000 is a special order machine. It does what the name implies -- cuts samples. The Model #8000 mitres a perfect 45, for your corner samples sent out to your customers. There is no wasted moulding and it gives your customer a look at the quality of miters. Some framers send out thousands of samples. Each blade on the Model #8000 works independently with its own foot pedal. A safety feature is that only one of the blades is in operation at a time. The Model #8000 has a 10” stainless measuring scale on both sides of the blades for both samples. Cut your cost of samples with the Model #8000.
