Warranty Information:

Always make sure the power is disconnected from the saw when doing any maintenance or changing blades.

Every Ledsome precision saw is inspected and tested extensively before shipping. Our saws are warranted to be free of manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of three years from the original date of purchase by the original owner. Warranty is not transferable. Should any trouble arise during the warranty period, call 877-533-7733 for instructions or technical help. Work done by the owner or any other person prior to contacting Ledsome Saws could void any and all warranty from the manufacturer. Any product believed to be defective should be shipped to Ledsome Saws freight prepaid. If inspection shows the problem to be a defect in workmanship, the manufacturer will at their option replace or repair the part or product without charge.

The saw also has a full one-year warranty covering all parts (excluding blades) including motors, bearings, etc. Two horsepower, three phase motors are covered by a two-year warranty. In no case will Ledsome warranty parts for misuse, abuse, indirect, incidental, conciquential or lost time from the sale or use of this machine. This disclaimer applies both during and after the terms of the warranties. Ledsome Mitre Saw disclaims liability for any implied warranties after the period of warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Some vary from state to state, so the above limitation may not apply.

This machine has been designed to run for years with no problems. Using the machine with the designed attachments is a must for the operation of this saw. Use of any after-market parts, blades, coolants is not recommended and could void the warranty as well as abuse, misuse or improper maintenance.

If you use this machine in accordance with the recommendations of Ledsome Mitre Saw and provide proper maintenance and use, this saw will give you years of trouble-free use.
